Our products

Every candle is handmade, so small differences in colour, shape, finish and scent strength are normal and part of the charm. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary.

Candles and diyas are for use with care: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable, and burn it on a stable, heat-safe surface.

Prices and offers

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Offers, such as our Diwali offer, apply for the period and products shown and may change or end without notice. Orders already placed keep the price they were placed at.
• We may correct an obvious pricing mistake; if that affects your order we will contact you first.

Ordering and payment

• You need an account to place an order. Please give accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
• You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI or cards), or place your order on WhatsApp, where our team will confirm the details and payment with you.
• An order is confirmed once we confirm it to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and we will refund any payment you have made for it.

Shipping

We ship across India. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier; for an estimate to your city, message us on WhatsApp.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please message us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos as soon as you receive it, and we will work with you to put it right. Because candles are handmade and burnt items cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or items that have been lit.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no unlawful use. All content, photos, designs and the Candle Cove name and logo belong to Candle Cove and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
